CENSEO provided acoustic design for this new residential multifamily tower in Bellevue, Washington. The 20-story project also includes amenities and ground-floor retail along with three stories of below-grade parking. Highlights of the acoustical design include a seamless acoustical plaster lobby ceiling finish and spring isolated ceiling assemblies at key noise-sensitive adjacencies.
