Anaha is a high-end residential tower with extensive features including a one-acre amenities deck on level seven. The building design is architecturally unique with transition floors every fourth floor and glass paneling on the building’s exterior. The artistic design details required additional attention to acoustics. CENSEO’s engineers designed a subfloor to meet STC ratings for the luxury standard. The project included 317 residences and 73 townhomes.
