CENSEO joined the KHUOK project in the construction phase, assessing needs and applying cost modeling. With repurposing of resources and optimization of the facility, CENSEO was able to reduce costs and improve efficiency of the usable space. CENSEO engineers specified digital AV solutions for distance learning classrooms and a grand room, eliminating outdated analog technology, which would have severely limited the ability of future technology to be incorporated into the facility and required rewiring and component replacement of the AV system prior to a full technology lifespan. Overall costs were reduced and ROI improved.
