Iolani School is a k-12 college preparatory school with more than 2,000 students in attendance. The Hawaiian word ‘Iolani’ means Heavenly Hawk. The school is currently affiliated with the Episcopal Church and educates students with a curriculum based upon religion, performing and visual arts, music and athletics. There are upper and lower school buildings on campus as well as a baseball field, outdoor basketball court, and several tennis courts.

The Sullivan Center for Innovation and Leadership is a recent addition to the school. This portion was designed to emphasize sustainability and modern learning concepts such as makers labs, studios, collaboration and creative spaces.
