CENSEO provided acoustic consulting and testing services for this 174-unit luxury high-rise, which required stringing acoustical performance for floor to ceiling assemblies between residential units.
Designed by award-winning architects at WCIT, Waiea tower was designed to honor the culture and history of the land, and is representative of the Waiea Falls that was once a central part of life for the people of Kaka’ako. Waiea means “Water of Life” .
